As Real Estate Technology Specialist I have been working with Prudential Real Estate Affiliates and Yahoo! to bring you a new home listing feature available to you as a home seller.
 Now you are able to have a Yahoo! sign placed on top of your Prudential “for sale” sign. A unique identification number will be assigned to your home and displayed on the Yahoo! sign.
Any potential buyer driving by your home will be able to enter that unique identification number into the yahoo.com search engine and wahlah!, your home with all of its detail will be immediately displayed. There’s not a lot of search criteria required where a buyer has to pass through as many as six to eight pages to sort down to your property to find it.
As a home seller you will have the option to have a report e-mailed to you daily that displays the activity on your home and other homes in the area, including: how many searches have been made for homes in your price range; how many requests have been for notifications when new home listings enter the market like yours; how many people are actively monitoring listings in your area; and, how many searches there were made for a home like yours yesterday, the last seven days, and the last 30 days.
You will be made aware of new homes entering the market as well as price changes on existing homes in your market.
You are also able to have your home displayed as a “FEATURED HOME” on Yahoo.com, Clovis.org, Portales.org, and CannonAFB.org, or displayed on my newsletter cover.
